All items can be exchanged or returned within the first 14 days after purchase or receipt of order. This is free of charge and without having to state the reason. This is the Right of Free Resolution. Exceptions are made for certain types of items and services, such as personalized products, sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer programs, from which the consumer has removed the seal guaranteeing inviolability after delivery.
